Nurse Call System Price in India (October 2026): Wards and Clinics
Short answer: in India a wired nurse call panel costs about ₹1,399 to ₹2,899 for a small clinic with 4 to 8 call points, ₹4,399 to ₹7,350 for a ward or nursing home with 12 to 20 points, and ₹8,799 to ₹11,050 for 24 to 30 points. That works out to roughly ₹350 to ₹370 per point on every size we sell. Bedside switches, cable and installation are extra. All prices below are our live website prices, include GST, and delivery across India is free.
What decides the size and price
A wired nurse call panel sits at the nursing station. Each numbered light on it is one point: one bed, room or toilet that needs its own identity. When a patient presses the switch connected to point 7, light 7 glows and the panel's buzzer sounds, so the nurse knows exactly where to go.
So count the call locations, not the nurses or the floors. A 10-bed general ward where every bed needs its own number needs 10 points. A clinic with 3 rooms and 2 toilets needs 5. Add one or two spare points for a room you might add later. Our nurse call system guide goes deeper into counting points and placing switches; this page covers what each size costs today.

What is not in the box
The 15, 18, 20 and 30-point listings say clearly that the package is one central panel. The number of points does not mean that many bedside switches are included. Plan these separately:
- A call switch at each point, at the bed, wall or toilet, compatible with the panel.
- Cable from every switch back to the nursing station.
- Power arrangement for the panel. The smaller panels list battery power; for the larger panels the listing asks you to confirm the power requirement for the supplied unit.
- Reset method, so the nurse can clear a call after attending.
- Electrician's labour to run the cable neatly in conduit.
Send us your room list on WhatsApp before ordering and we will confirm compatible switches and wiring for the panel you choose.
What moves the price
- Number of points. This is almost the whole story. Every size costs roughly ₹350 to ₹370 per point, so a 30-point panel is about eight times a 4-point one.
- Spare capacity. Moving up one size for future rooms costs about ₹750 to ₹2,250 extra today, far less than replacing the panel later.
- One panel or two. Two 15-point panels on two floors (₹10,998) cost about the same as one 30-point panel (₹11,050), and each floor's nurses only see their own calls.
- Wiring. Long cable runs on large floors add cost that is not in the panel price. Wired systems take an electrician's time; budget for it.
- Wired or wireless. We also list a wireless nurse and waiter calling system with an LED number display and voice announcement, which needs no cable. It is out of stock at the time of writing, so check availability on its product page before planning around it.
Which one for your size
- Home care for an elderly parent, or a 2-room clinic: 4-point panel (₹1,399).
- Dental, eye or skin clinic with 4 to 6 rooms and toilets: 6-point (₹2,150) or 8-point (₹2,899).
- Nursing home wing or small hospital floor, around 10 beds: 12-point (₹4,399).
- General ward of 12 to 18 beds: 15-point (₹5,499) or 18-point (₹6,599).
- Full floor with private rooms, 20 to 24 call points: 20-point (₹7,350) or 24-point (₹8,799).
- Large ward run from one station: 30-point (₹11,050).
- Hotel or office staff call: the same panels work at a reception or staff desk; size by the number of rooms or cabins.

FAQ
What is the price of a nurse call system in India?
On our store wired nurse call panels cost ₹1,399 for 4 points up to ₹11,050 for 30 points, including GST. Switches, cable and installation are extra.
What does 20-point nurse call mean?
The panel has 20 numbered lights, one for each call location such as a bed or room. It does not mean 20 bedside switches come in the box.
How does a wired nurse call system work?
Each bed or room has a call switch wired back to the panel. When a patient presses it, that location's number lights up and the buzzer sounds at the nursing station.
How many points does my clinic need?
Count every bed, room and toilet that needs its own number, then add one or two spare. A clinic with 3 rooms and 2 toilets needs at least 5 points, so a 6-point panel fits.
Can I use a nurse call panel in a hotel or office?
Yes. The listings describe them as nurse call and staff call systems for hospitals, clinics, hotels and offices. Size the panel by the number of rooms or cabins that need to call.
Is a wireless nurse call system available?
We list a wireless nurse and waiter calling system with an LED display and voice announcement, but it is out of stock at the time of writing. Check its product page or WhatsApp us for availability.
