Ordering and Shipping

  • Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
    Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service. However, a 5% charge of the total order amount will be applied.

Warranty and Returns

  • What are your office timings?
    Our office timings are from [10A.M- 5:30P.M].
  • Do you bear courier charges for warranty claims?
    No, we don't bear courier charges if the order is out of warranty. However, if the product is under warranty, we will cover the courier charges for sending it to us.
  • How long is the warranty period?
    Generally, our products come with a warranty period of 1-2 years.
  • Do you provide onsite warranty?
    We provide onsite warranty only in the cities where we operate.
  • What if the product has a problem?
    If the product has a problem, you need to send it to us via courier. Courier charges will be paid by us if the order is within the warranty period. Please note that we don't provide any kind of warranty on physical damage or any kind of burn.
  • Can I return a product?
    Yes, any product can be returned within 7 days after receiving it. However, it should be returned in brand new condition. We won't accept returns otherwise.
  • What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
    In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
