ACJ-1008 TCP/IP and 4G GSM wireless alarm control panel kit

ACJ-1008 Alarm System: Our Top-Grade Panel for Factories and Large Sites

Short answer: the ACJ-1008 (₹28,000) is the top-grade alarm panel on our store, built for factories, warehouses, showrooms and large homes. It reports over two paths, your site's TCP/IP internet network and a 4G GSM SIM, takes up to 64 wireless sensors, keeps running for up to 8 hours on its own battery, and supports the SIA, DCS and ADM-CID alarm protocols. It uses its own sensors: a door/window contact at ₹2,200 and a PIR motion sensor at ₹2,800. Prices include GST and delivery across India is free.

Most homes and small shops are well served by our ACJ-400, 405 or 407 panels at ₹5,999 to ₹8,499. The ACJ-1008 costs more because it is made for a different job: a site where the alarm must get through even when one network fails, where the power can be off for hours, and where you may want the alarm reported to a monitoring service, not just to the owner's phone.

What is the ACJ-1008?

It is a wireless alarm control panel. Sensors around the site send a radio signal to the panel on 433 MHz or 868 MHz, depending on the accessory. The panel then sounds its alarm (the volume is adjustable) and sends alerts to the iOS and Android app. In the box you get the panel, 1 wireless PIR motion sensor, 1 wireless door/window magnetic sensor, 2 remote controls and 2 RFID key tags. The panel runs on 12V DC and carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

How does TCP/IP + 4G work, and why does it matter for a factory?

TCP/IP means the panel can report over your site's internet network, the same connection your office uses. 4G GSM means it can also report through a SIM card on the mobile network. The listing says the two work together so protection continues if one network becomes unavailable.

On a factory or warehouse this matters because the two common ways an alarm goes quiet are a cut or dead broadband line and a power cut that takes the router down. With 4G as the second path and a 7.4V 2000mAh backup battery rated for up to 8 hours of standby, the ACJ-1008 is built to keep reporting through both. Check that 4G signal is usable where the panel will be mounted, since a steel shed or basement can weaken it.

What are SIA, DCS and ADM-CID?

These are standard formats that alarm panels use to send event reports, such as which zone was triggered, to a central monitoring station. The ACJ-1008 listing names SIA, DCS, ADM-CID and OTAP for professional alarm communication and remote maintenance. You only need them if you plan to connect the site to a security agency or monitoring service; for a single owner watching alerts on the app, they make no difference. If you do use an agency, ask them which protocol their receiver accepts before you buy.

ACJ-1008 products and prices

Product Key spec (from the listing) Use it for Price
ACJ-1008 alarm panel kit TCP/IP + 4G GSM, up to 64 wireless accessories, up to 8 h battery standby, 100 to 200 m range The control panel, with 1 PIR, 1 door sensor, 2 remotes and 2 RFID tags ₹28,000
ACJ-1008 door/window sensor 433/868 MHz, 200 m in open area, CR123A lithium battery, triggers when the magnet moves more than 2 cm Every door, window and gate on the system ₹2,200
ACJ-1008 PIR motion sensor 15 m detection range, 360° angle, adjustable sensitivity, tamper switch, low-battery indication Halls, stores, office floors and corridors ₹2,800

The door sensor listing says it is only surely compatible with the ACJ-1008, and the panel should be used with its own accessories. Do not mix in the -43 series sensors sold for the ACJ-400, 405 and 407.

How to plan an ACJ-1008 system for a factory or warehouse

  1. List every opening. Walk the site and count main doors, office doors, godown doors, fire exits and any window a person could climb through. Each needs one door/window sensor.
  2. List every open area. Count the halls, stores and corridors a person would cross after breaking in. Each needs one PIR. A PIR covers up to 15 m, so a long shed may need more than one.
  3. Check the 64 limit. Add sensors, remotes and tags. Stay well under 64 so you have room to grow.
  4. Place the panel centrally and indoors. The listing says it is not for direct outdoor use. A central spot keeps every sensor inside its radio range.
  5. Connect both networks. Connect the panel to your network and insert an active 4G SIM, then test an alert on each path.
  6. Walk-test every sensor after pairing, then again after the first week.

Worked example: a small factory with an office

Say the site has 8 openings (main gate door, office door, 2 godown doors and 4 office windows) and 4 areas to watch (shop floor, store, office and corridor). The kit already includes 1 door sensor and 1 PIR.

Item Qty Amount
ACJ-1008 kit (1 door sensor + 1 PIR included) 1 × ₹28,000 ₹28,000
Extra door/window sensors 7 × ₹2,200 ₹15,400
Extra PIR sensors 3 × ₹2,800 ₹8,400
Total 12 sensors ₹51,800

The same layout on an ACJ-400 with -43 series sensors would cost far less, so choose the ACJ-1008 when you need the 4G backup path, the long battery standby or monitoring-station protocols, not just for more sensors.

What the ACJ-1008 does not cover

  • Rolling shutters. We do not list a shutter sensor made for the ACJ-1008. If your site is mostly shop or godown shutters, an ACJ panel with SH-43 shutter sensors (₹1,200 each) may fit better. Read our ACJ-400 vs 405 vs 407 comparison to pick one.
  • The boundary wall. For the outside fence, a standalone beam kit raises the alarm before anyone reaches the building. Combo-CN100 (₹5,499) pairs a 100 m dual beam with its own siren and remote, and Combo-CN226 (₹7,949) uses a 250 m quad beam. Both work without a panel. See the boundary and farm beam sensor guide for layout.
  • Fire detection to code. A burglar alarm is not a fire alarm system. For smoke detectors, call points and hooters, see fire alarm basics for small buildings.

FAQ

How many sensors can the ACJ-1008 take?

Up to 64 wireless sensors and accessories, according to the listing. That includes door sensors, PIR sensors and other compatible detectors.

Does the ACJ-1008 work in a power cut?

Yes. It has a built-in 7.4V 2000mAh rechargeable battery that the listing rates for up to 8 hours of standby.

What network does the ACJ-1008 need?

It is listed as TCP/IP plus 4G GSM. It reports over your site's internet network and also through a 4G SIM card, so fit a SIM with good signal at the panel location.

Can I use 433 MHz sensors from other alarms with the ACJ-1008?

No. Use the ACJ-1008 door/window sensor (₹2,200) and PIR sensor (₹2,800), which are listed for this panel.

Can the ACJ-1008 connect to a security agency?

It supports the SIA, DCS and ADM-CID protocols used by alarm monitoring stations. Confirm with the agency which format their receiver accepts.

Is the ACJ-1008 only for factories?

No. The listing names homes, villas, offices, shops and warehouses too. It makes most sense where you need 4G backup, long battery standby or many sensors.
