The NavKar Systems Combo-CN66 is an electronic gate lock kit for metal main gates that you can open with a remote or from your phone. It pairs the weatherproof RML-8K electronic rim lock with the NavKar Wi-Fi lock supply.

Highlights

• Remote or mobile app. Unlock the gate with the remote, or tap the switch in the Smart Life app on Android or iOS from anywhere. Works with Alexa and Google Home.
• Wi-Fi lock supply. Powers the lock and connects it to your home Wi-Fi router. Pair up to 20 remotes and add up to 15 app members.
• Weatherproof RML-8K rim lock. Steel lock body made for outdoor main gates. It mounts on the inside face of a metal gate or door, with a strike on the frame.
• Self-locking latch. The latch locks again by itself as the gate closes.
• Key backup. A 32 mm brass key cylinder with computerised keys opens the gate from outside during a power cut.
• Add an exit switch or door phone. A push-button exit switch or the door-release output of a video door phone can be wired to the SW and VDP terminals (not included).

Good to know

• Use 2.4 GHz home Wi-Fi. 5 GHz is not supported.
• In the Smart Life app, open Timer and keep Inching on at 1 second so the lock coil gets only a short pulse.
• Mount the supply indoors on a dry wall, away from water.
• Mounting on a metal gate may need welding of a plate. Wiring should be done by a trained electrician.

Yes. The remotes talk to the receiver directly by radio, so they need no Wi-Fi or internet.

Who should install it?
