    Installation

    1. Prepare the Gate: Ensure the sliding gate moves smoothly by hand and the track is clean, level and free from obstruction.
    2. Mount the Motor: Fix the mounting base plate firmly on a suitable concrete/metal foundation and position the motor so the pinion aligns correctly with the gate rack.
    3. Install Limit Magnets: Fix the open and close limit magnets/stoppers on the rack at the required positions and adjust them so the motor stops at the correct locations.
    4. Connect & Test: Complete the electrical connections, release the clutch to check manual movement, then engage the clutch and test opening, closing and stopping operation.

    Wiring

    The motor uses a 220V AC power supply and the control board provides dedicated terminals for the motor, limit switches and accessories. Electrical installation should be carried out by a qualified person.

    • Power: Connect the AC 220V supply to the control-board power terminals as marked in the wiring diagram.
    • Input: Connect the open/close limit switches to the O.P / COM / C.L terminals.
    • Output: Connect the motor wires to the L1 / COM / L2 motor terminals according to the supplied wiring diagram.
    • Other Connections: Optional accessories such as a manual push button, infrared/photocell sensor, keypad or access-control system can be connected to the designated accessory terminals.

    Programming

    1. Program Remotes: Press the controller's remote learning/study key for approximately 1 second, then press the required button on the remote to store it. The controller supports multiple learning-code remotes.
    2. Set Motor Direction: Check the opening and closing direction. If the direction is reversed, use the motor-direction adjustment provided on the control board and test again.
    3. Set Automatic Closing: If automatic closing is required, enable the automatic shutdown function and set the required delay according to the control-board settings. For safety, photocell/infrared protection can be connected where required.

    Operation

    1. Open/Close: Press the programmed remote button to operate the gate. The motor will drive the gate in the selected direction until the corresponding limit position is reached.
    2. Stop: Press the stop control when manual stopping is required. The control panel also supports external control through compatible push buttons/accessories.
    3. Manual Release: During a power failure, use the supplied clutch/release key to disengage the motor and move the gate manually. Re-engage the clutch before returning to normal powered operation.

    Troubleshooting

    • Problem: Motor does not work
      Solution: Check the 220V power supply, fuse and electrical connections. If thermal protection has activated, allow the motor to cool before restarting.
    • Problem: Gate opens or closes but does not stop correctly
      Solution: Check the open/close limit switch and magnet positions. Adjust the limit magnets and verify the O.P / COM / C.L wiring.
    • Problem: Gate moves in the wrong direction or does not operate correctly
      Solution: Check the motor L1 / COM / L2 connections and adjust the motor direction setting on the control board.

    Common Problems
