Questions

Frequently asked.

What is a nurse calling system?

A patient presses a button at the bed and the receiver at the nurse station rings, announces and shows which bed called, so the right nurse responds quickly.

What is a waiter calling system?

Each table gets a call button. When a guest presses it, the receiver in the kitchen or service area announces and shows the table number. No waving, no shouting.

Can one system do both?

Yes. It is the same hardware. Put buttons at beds for nurse calling or on tables for waiter calling.

Can I order exactly 35 or 40 buttons?

Yes. Pick the 2-button pack (or any pack) and add extra call buttons in any quantity. The per-button price drops automatically in your cart: ₹1,600 from 5, ₹1,400 from 10, ₹1,200 from 20, ₹1,100 from 30 and ₹950 from 48 buttons.

How many buttons can one receiver handle?

Up to 999, so you can start small and keep adding.

Does it need wiring or an electrician?

No. Buttons are wireless and stick on with tape. The receiver just needs a power socket.

What is the real range?

Listings for this type of system claim 100–500 m in open air. Indoors, expect about 30–60 m through walls. We recommend the farthest button within 30–40 m and no more than 2 concrete walls from the receiver.

Is it good for elderly parents at home?

Yes. The 2-button pack is popular: one button by the bed, one in the bathroom, receiver in the kitchen or living room.

Do I get a GST invoice?

Yes, every order includes a GST invoice, so hospitals, restaurants and businesses can claim input credit.

Is cash on delivery available?

No. All orders are prepaid online by UPI, card or net banking, with free delivery across India.
