What decides which EM lock size you need?
EM locks are sold by holding force, the pull the magnet resists before the door gives. It is written in pounds (lbs) or kilograms: 600 lbs is about 280 kg. Most of our 600 lbs listings state 280 kg. A 1200 lbs double-leaf lock is two 600 lbs magnets in one long body, one for each door leaf; the EMDL-1202 listing states 280 kg × 2. A 1200 lbs single-leaf lock puts all that force on one door.
After size, the price depends on extras: a door-status feedback output, an LED, a buzzer or timer, or a concealed body that hides inside the frame. If you only need the door to lock and release, a plain lock does the job.

What does a full EM lock door cost, part by part?
The lock is only one part of the bill. A typical single office door bought part by part on our store comes to ₹6,566: EM-602 lock ₹1,499, PK-80 12 V 3 A power supply ₹1,450, PSW-44 exit button ₹217 and WP-25 card and PIN keypad ₹3,400. What moves the price
- Holding force. Going from 600 lbs to 1200 lbs single leaf more than doubles the price of a plain lock (₹1,499 to ₹3,499).
- Double leaf vs single leaf. A double-leaf 1200 lbs lock (₹2,500) costs less than a single-leaf 1200 lbs lock (₹3,499). Its listing rates it at 280 kg per leaf, so each door gets 600 lbs, not 1200.
- Feedback and LED. A status output adds about ₹100 to ₹300 over the plain model of the same size.
- Buzzer, timer and concealed bodies. These sit at the top of the 600 lbs range, ₹2,450.
- Brackets. A plain push-side wooden door may need none. A frameless glass door can add ₹450 (U) to ₹1,600 (GG).
- Power and control. An EM lock alone cannot be opened. Budget for a power supply, an exit switch and a reader or remote kit, or buy a combo.

- Frameless glass door with a frame above: Combo-CN124 with U bracket (₹1,999).
