How do hotel RFID door locks work?
Each guest gets a card programmed at reception for their room and stay dates. The card stops working when the stay ends, so lost cards are not a risk.
What does a key card energy saver do?
It is a card holder switch inside the room. Power to lights and AC turns on when the guest inserts the card and turns off when they leave and take it, which cuts electricity bills.
Can guests call reception from their rooms?
