What is in the SGM range?
Each motor-only listing includes 2 remotes, limit switches, 2 keys to release the motor by hand, and a mounting base plate. Gear rack, photocell sensor and the Wi-Fi module are bought separately. The SGM-370 and SGM-550 listings state a 220 V AC 50 Hz supply, IP55 protection and built-in thermal protection at 125 degrees C in the motor winding; the SGM-750 listing states the same supply and protection and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

What should overseas installers check?
- Mains supply. The motor-only listings for the SGM-370, SGM-550 and SGM-750 state 220 V AC 50 Hz, and the CB-SGM board is for 220 V AC single-phase motors. The kit listings write the supply as 220 V AC 50 Hz / 110 V 60 Hz. If your site is not on a 220 V, 50 Hz supply, tell us your voltage and frequency so the quote confirms what you will receive. Check your local supply and wiring rules, and use a qualified electrician.
- Remote frequency. The motor listings do not state the remote frequency. Ask us before ordering, and check your local radio rules for gate remotes.
- Phone control. The WFC-SGM module needs 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and the Smart Life app. The RTU5024 GSM gate opener (₹3,999) lists GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz; check with your local operator that a compatible network is available.
- Safety. Automatic gates should have safety sensors such as the SB-10 beam. Local safety rules for automatic gates vary, so check your local rules.
- Certifications and warranty. Rely only on what each listing states, and ask how warranty claims are handled for an overseas order.

What power supply do the SGM motors need?
The SGM-370, SGM-550 and SGM-750 motor-only listings state 220 V AC 50 Hz. Kit listings state 220 V AC 50 Hz / 110 V 60 Hz, so confirm the version for your supply in the quote and check your local rules.
Can I buy a replacement control board?
Yes. The CB-SGM control board with 2 remotes is ₹7,950 and suits AC 220 V single-phase sliding gate motors with 3 motor wires; it does not suit DC or three-phase motors.
Is the gear rack included with the motor?
Not with motor-only listings. Kits include rails; the GR-12M 12 mm rack is sold per metre at ₹1,399.
Do you offer dealer pricing on gate motors?

Can the gate be opened during a power cut?
Yes. Each motor comes with keys to release the clutch so the gate can be moved by hand.
